Kirby Neuner
SENIOR DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR
Kirby is a development and communications professional with more than 10 years of experience in the government, nonprofit, and private sectors.
Kirby is currently Director of Development & Impact for a women's empowerment nonprofit and sits on the board of a community peacebuilding organization, both headquartered in Washington, DC.
Previously, Kirby served as a speechwriter at the U.S. Department of Defense and completed a Presidential Management Fellowship with placements at USAID and the Department of State. He has also worked on the personal staff of Secretary Madeleine K. Albright at Albright Stonebridge Group; managed social impact partnerships at OCP Group and Democracy International; and led field research in Haiti and across Africa.
Kirby holds an MA from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service and a BA in History from Williams College. He is originally from Hackettstown, NJ.
