Katherine Klimitas
Graphic Designer and Communications Manager
Katherine Klimitas is a disabled artist, keynote speaker, author, and graphic designer. She was born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, commonly known as Brittle Bone Disease. Despite the challenges of her condition, Katherine and her parents were determined not to let her disease define her happiness. Inspired by her parents’ unwavering support, she set out to build a meaningful and joyful life.
Katherine launched KAK Art & Designs in 2011. Since its founding, her business has evolved, but her focus remains on two core goals: expanding her reach and capabilities as a disabled watercolor artist, and inspiring others to make a positive impact in their communities.
With nearly a decade of entrepreneurship behind her, Katherine continues to strive for more—with the simple but powerful mission of bringing joy to others through her work.
