Sarah Wild, MPA, CFRE


Sarah Wild helps nonprofits achieve their fundraising goals. She founded Wild Fundraising to address the diverse needs of organizations of all sizes. A UCLA graduate, she obtained her Master of Public Administration from the University of New Orleans with a specialization in Hazard Policy. Sarah is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) member with over a decade of experience managing charity fundraising projects and programs. Her specialities include strategic planning, support during leadership transitions and serving as interim development director and forging creative strategic development for grass roots non-profits. Sarah’s an eye for creative solutions, and a tireless enthusiasm that drives her work with non-profits of all sizes. She is known for her teams resourcefulness, versatility, and determination to see projects to their successful end. In 2015 she published a chapter on the topic of Business Continuity during times of disaster, for the textbook The Private Sector's Role in Disasters: Leveraging the Private Sector in Emergency Management.


Vera Gutmann, MA


 Vera Gutmann is a grant writer, researcher, and web content strategist who has been with Wild Fundraising since its inception. During the course of her graduate studies at Tulane University she researched in French, German, and Spanish-language archives and presented her work on the history of Africans in the Americas at prestigious national and international conferences. She has eight years of professional experience as a writer and nearly a lifetime of experience in creative writing. She currently serves on the board of Ten Thousand Villages Overland Park, where she is helping the fair trade retailer create a new development strategy and plan their first fundraising gala. Vera finds the most rewarding aspect of her job to be the opportunity to help people and organizations doing good in the world better communicate their vision, so that they can do even more.
